Walnut Meat Crumbles

Walnuts are an amazing alternative to ground meat. When you are looking for an option to swap out ground meat in your favorite recipe but don’t want to use processed alternatives walnuts are my go to.

Sometimes we just need a break from too much processed food, even processed foods that are totally plant based. This Walnut "Meat" recipe is the smokey and savory answer to your processed-free prayers. It's an amazing stand in for Tacos, Pastas, or any other dish that calls for Ground Meat.

These crumbles are delightfully satisfying and flavorful. The flavor can be credited to all of the added spices; as well as the Soy and Plant Based Worcestershire Sauces. It's an awesome alternative when you're looking for something light and filling. It's also incredibly simple to make.

You can make this recipe with a number of different binders; oatmeal, mushrooms, lentils, quinoa, and so much more.
