Garlic Parm Cauliflower
These garlic parmesan cauliflower wings are fried to perfection before being tossed in a delicious plant based butter sauce made with freshly chopped garlic, grated vegan parmesan, and fresh parsley.
I love using cauliflower as a meat substitute. It’s highly versatile and can stand in as a great ground meat or boneless wing alternative. Cauliflower can even be steamed and blended down into a base for an amazing sauce or soup.
Breading and frying up the florettes are one of my favorite ways to enjoy that boneless wing experience within my new vegan lifestyle.
This recipe is super easy and so very comforting.
